Booking Terms and Conditions

Hotel Pod Szrenicą accepts bookings via:
– telephone
– fax
– e-mail.

 

BOOKING PROCEDURE:
The first step is to make a reservation by contacting the reception in one of the above-mentioned ways.
The reservation accepted by the Hotel is not yet confirmed. Booking is to be treated as information that the room was free on the day when the reservation was made, and is preliminarily blocked, until the advance payment (50%) has been made.
The reservation is confirmed after the money has been transferred to the Hotel bank account.
The room is paid for starting on the date agreed during the booking. If the Guest does not arrive to the Hotel on the agreed date, the Hotel will interpret his absence as cancellation after one day. If the Guest is to be late more than one day, he must notify the Hotel about this fact in order for the Hotel to block the room for another day.

The advance payment should be made by money transfer to the bank account:

PAYMENT FOR THE STAY:
The payment for the stay takes place on the arrival day.
The Guest must pay for the declared stay on the day of his arrival, even if he had made the advance payment. The payment substitutes the contract between both sides.
In order to be able to sell the room to future Guests, the Hotel needs to know the exact departure date.

VISITORS’ TAX:
The Guest must pay the visitors’ tax – an obligatory payment for the City of Szklarska Poręba.
The tax amount is presently 2,18 zł a day per person.

 

HOTEL DAY:
The Hotel day starts at 3:00 PM (15:00), and ends at 11:00 AM.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY:
1. The reservation is automatically cancelled if the advance payment hasn’t been made on the date indicated on the booking confirmation.
2. In case of a cancellation taking place not later than 21 days before the anticipated date of arrival, the Hotel returns 100% of the advance payment.
3. In case of a cancellation taking place not later than 14 days before the anticipated date of arrival, the Hotels keeps 50% of the advance payment.
4. In case of a cancellation taking place less than 14 days before the anticipated date of arrival, the advance payment will not be returned by the hotel (the Hotel keeps 100% of the advance payment).
